Service Description

Your home will be staged with new art and accessories to complement your existing furnishings. I’ll first rearrange your existing items and then add staging accessories to complete your home's new look. Once the Soft Staging is complete, I'll take "After" photos of staged areas. This service typically takes 6 to 8 hours, depending on the property. Photos will be provided to you via flash drive within 7 days after the service. Includes: Consultation with written report, re-design of existing furniture, installation of staging accessories, 2-month rental of staging accessories, plus nine "After" photos.
